Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in a spacious room featuring a cozy King bed and an ensuite bathroom, with sliding glass door access to a beautiful patio. Second Bedroom: A comfortable Queen bed awaits you here, with a TV, closet & a dresser. Third Bedroom: Sleep soundly on this plush Queen bed, with access to a peaceful patio with gorgeous sound views, perfect for enjoying that morning cup of coffee! Upstairs Living Area: The spacious open-plan living area features a large sectional couch + a separate cozy sitting area, floor to ceiling windows that lead out to a large patio with serene sound views, a flat-screen TV, family games and books, and a dedicated work space. It's the perfect spot for family gatherings or relaxing after a day at the beach. Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware you need to whip up delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six, ideal for enjoying meals together. There is also a curated coffee & bar cart featuring a keurig coffee station, coffee cups, wine glasses and plenty of space for your wine or spirits! Outdoor Space: Step outside to a private patio off the living room area, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The patio features an outdoor dining table for 6 and sun lounge chairs. Below the home is a spacious outdoor shower and a storage closet with beach gear! The patios off of the queen bedrooms also offer outdoor seating! There is a community pool, perfect for taking a refreshing dip or switching it up from sunny days spent at the beach! Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire home and all its amenities. Self-check-in is available with a smart lock for your convenience.

-No smoking inside the home. -Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. -We allow pets, however, please read our Pet Policy above before booking: Pet Types Allowed: We welcome well-behaved dogs. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions about other types of pets. Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first dog and an additional $200 for second dog per stay is required for guests bringing pets. This fee covers additional cleaning and maintenance associated with accommodating pets. Maximum Number of Pets: Guests are limited to bringing a maximum of two pets per reservation unless otherwise approved by the host. Pet Size Limit: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we can only accommodate pets weighing up to 50 pounds. Larger pets may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Pet Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and non-destructive. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their stay. Leash Requirement: Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when in common areas of the property, unless otherwise specified by the host. Pet Waste Cleanup: Guests are expected to clean up after their pets and properly dispose of waste in designated areas. Noise and Disturbances: Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not create excessive noise or disturbances that may disrupt other guests or neighbors. Violation of Pet Policy: Failure to comply with the pet policy may result in additional charges, loss of security deposit, or termination of the reservation without refund.
